We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Exchange Ilford Ping Hub in partnership with Table Tennis England and Ilford BID! 🎉
Whether you're a seasoned pro or just looking for a bit of fun, our free-to-use tables are here for everyone to enjoy.
Table tennis is a fantastic way to stay active, challenge friends, and take a well-earned break from shopping – and now you can enjoy it right here in the centre! Simply grab a bat and ball, play a game, and don’t forget to return them after use so others can enjoy the fun too.
Play Safe – Our Ping Hub Rules
To keep things enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask all players to follow these simple rules:
🚫 No throwing – bats and balls are for playing, not throwing.
🏓 Play respectfully – avoid hitting the ball too hard or out of your marked play area.
👥 Only 4 players per table – to ensure fair play and safety.
🔄 Be mindful of others – keep to your play space and allow room for those around you. If others are waiting for a table, please try to limit playtime to 45 minutes.
🚶 Keep walkways clear – store belongings under the table and out of play areas.
🍽 No food or drinks on tables – keep the space clean for everyone.
🗑 Tidy up after yourself – throw away any rubbish in the bins provided.
👀 Watch from a distance – if you're spectating, please stand back to avoid accidents.
💬 Be polite and respectful – no harsh or inappropriate language.
🚫 Disruptive behaviour won’t be tolerated – anyone causing issues will be asked to leave.
🎒 Look after your belongings – they are left at your own risk.
